Welcome to our cottages, Cow and Calf, set in a peaceful rural location, Cow cottage, and the adjoining Calf cottage are part of a converted barn at Treglyn Farm, dating back to 1844. Treglyn Farm is set in an excellent location for exploring this part of North Cornwall

For those who are looking for a day on the beach, It is just a short drive from Treglyn Farm to Polzeath. Whether its buckets and spades with the little ones, messing around in the rock pools or surfing for the more adventurous, Polzeath has something for all ages. 

The village of Rock is only a few minutes away, popular with dinghy sailors, with beautiful views over the Camel estuary to Padstow. You can sit on the beach watching people messing about in boats or maybe choose a visit over to Padstow. There is a regular foot passenger Ferry from Rock to Padstow running daily. So why not have a wander through the back streets of this quaint fishing village. Sit by the harbour enjoying fish and chips or a pasty,  maybe book a table at Rick Steins or one of the other excellent restaurants on offer. 

If you are a fan of Doc Martin, you can visit the actual village where it is filmed, Port Isaac, which is just 15 minutes away. And a little further on you will find Trebarwith Strand with its dramatic cliffs and brilliant surfing. 

Feeling energetic ? The coastal foot path offers miles of fine walking and amazing scenery, or why not hire a bike in Wadebridge and cycle the Camel Trail. 11 miles of safe cycle path along the Camel estuary. They have bikes for all ages plus pods for the little ones, so a great day out for the whole family

 Cow Cottage can accommodate 4 guests and Calf which is to the rear of Cow cottage, can accommodate 2. They each have there own private entrance, so can be let separately, or together for guests requiring more space
